membership costs

We currently offer four levels of membership (all charges quoted are plus VAT):

• Full -- you have your own, full time desk, which no one else will use. This costs £275 per month.


• Gym -- like a gym, you can use the office as much as you like. However, you do not have your own designated desk and we do not guarantee we will always have space. This costs £190 per month.

On joining you pay one month's membership as a deposit, a £20 "Key Fee" refundable on return of your keys, plus your first month's membership in advance (and any part month if you join mid month).

If you leave you must give a full calendar month's notice (e.g. to leave at the end of February, you would need to give notice any time during January).

TCF reserves the right to change these costs at any time. Please see our membership agreement for the terms of becoming a TCF member.
